Requirements
- Have 12+ years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or a related technical field.
- Have a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have hands-on experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Have proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Have practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Have working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Have a strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows system administration and networking fundamentals.
- Be familiar with Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Understand infrastructure security, system availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage competing technical priorities.
- Preferred: experience with Kafka, MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, Redis, or networking.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated and reliable software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Collaborate with software development and operations teams to improve build, testing, release, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Maintain and optimize cloud-based and on-premises environments for availability, scalability, security, and operational stability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and system issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Apply DevOps practices, including version control, automation, and configuration management.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure efficiency, deployment reliability, system performance, and operational processes.
