Requirements
- Have solid prior experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead working with the Java ecosystem and Spring Boot.
- Know microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Have experience with RESTful APIs.
- Have experience with messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Have experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Have practical experience with prompt engineering and integrating LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini into applications.
- Know DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the software engineering team and plan sprints.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure delivery quality.
- Guide the team in code reviews, pair programming, and other engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers in their technical development.
- Lead adoption of AI tools such as Copilots and LLMs to automate tasks, accelerate testing, and optimize the development cycle.
- Support the architecture of systems that consume and connect to LLM services via APIs.
- Ensure Java microservices are performant, secure, and well integrated.
