Requirements
- Develop with Java 17 and Java 11 and Spring Boot 3.
- Develop front-end applications with Angular 17 and Angular 8.
- Work with JavaScript/TypeScript 4 and Node.js.
- Know design patterns, object-oriented programming, SOLID, KISS, DRY, and YAGNI.
- Know Kafka and hexagonal architecture.
- Have practice with automated testing and Git.
- Know databases and RESTful APIs.
- Work with GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot, and Azure.
- Agentic frameworks and methods such as AISDD or Spec-Kit are a plus.
- Cobol experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all SDLC phases, including planning, requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support adoption of AI coding tools and AI-assisted development practices.
- Support technology modernization, architecture, and platform evolution initiatives.
- Mentor developers and share engineering and AI-use practices.
- Evaluate adoption results and contribute to team autonomy.
- Translate business needs into functional solutions during refinement meetings and contribute to agile ceremonies and estimates.
- Follow architectural patterns, including microservices and design patterns, and build data flows using SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Maintain code stability and quality through automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, code reviews, and Clean Code principles.
- Investigate, diagnose, and fix complex defects in code, data, or production environments.
- Document code and technical processes, and stay current with relevant technologies and trends.
