Bring 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
Demonstrate expertise in building client relationships and driving engagement, value, and satisfaction.
Understand healthcare systems, medical terminology, clinical workflows, and regulations.
Navigate ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management and analysis while upholding professional standards and integrity.
Have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Have proficiency building or maintaining dashboards in self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Have proficiency using SQL to extract insights from complex healthcare datasets.
Develop product expertise and use it to guide customers, solve strategic issues, and optimize platform value.
Have experience working with internal cross-functional stakeholders on defining KPIs and product enhancements.
Hold a bachelor’s degree.

Consult Platform-as-a-Service clients on designing decision automation programs that maximize platform value.
Translate complex client requirements into technical blueprints for development teams.
Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering on new or enhanced functionality.
Develop roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision automation performance.
Analyze authorization data and use data visualization software to build and maintain analytical reports.
Ensure client KPIs are met and end-to-end automation succeeds throughout the customer lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to scale and improve consultation workflows.
