Requirements
- Have a foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- Have experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
- Guide customers through AI change management as a consultative AI advisor.
- Map manual business workflows to agentic AI systems and manage expectations around non-deterministic outputs.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Have 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator.
- Have knowledge of network security technologies.
- Preferred: Use coding assistants, LLMs, and generative AI tools for troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving, validating outputs with sound technical judgment.
- Preferred: Hold industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP.
- Preferred: Have experience working with large enterprise and major accounts.
Responsibilities
- Architect technical solutions that address and resolve customer pain points.
- Oversee the technical sales process.
- Run Proof of Value engagements from start to finish as the technical and industry expert.
- Collaborate with and support internal Zscaler teams.
