Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build user-facing experiences that balance utility with user appeal.
- Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and building GenAI-powered applications.
- Track record of delivering production software that is actively used by users.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Ability to make UI design decisions and tackle complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Build high-performance full-stack AI features that help users discover, organize, and optimize access to large datasets.
- Prototype, test, and validate product ideas with real users, then ship and evolve LLM- or agent-powered workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.
- Integrate agentic components with internal tools such as Slack and alerting systems.
- Engage internal data teams in dogfooding product features.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and development workflows.
- Own AI solutions and ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
