Requirements
- Bring proven senior-level experience in graphic design and visual brand execution.
- Have advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have intermediate to advanced video editing and motion graphics skills, specifically with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Have intermediate proficiency with WordPress and landing page design.
- Have experience translating strategic objectives into compelling visual communications.
- Demonstrate strong client presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Have solid knowledge of print production processes and supplier management.
- Experience designing for B2B, manufacturing, technology, defence, engineering, or industrial sectors is a nice-to-have.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT is a nice-to-have.
- Experience using Canva and familiarity with ClickUp are nice-to-haves.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategies, visual concepts, and creative assets.
- Design logos and manage brand guidelines from concept through completion.
- Create presentations and capability statements.
- Design websites and UX/UI interfaces, focusing on WordPress sites and landing pages.
- Produce creative assets and campaign graphics for social media platforms.
- Create animations, video edits, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Provide creative direction and art direction across client portfolios.
- Collaborate with account managers, content writers, and project leads.
- Oversee print production and maintain relationships with external print suppliers.
