Requirements
- Have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications, beyond querying APIs or experimenting in notebooks.
- Have strong experience with Python.
- Have strong experience with LangChain.
- Have experience with cloud technologies.
- Have experience developing LLM-based applications.
- Have proven experience implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Be able to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate complex business logic into automated workflows.
- Be able to support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues.
- Develop natural-language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Operations and business stakeholders to map workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation.
- Take ideas from proof of concept through to robust, scalable, production-ready LLM applications.
- Support roadmap initiatives involving rule-text interpretation, sourcing and transformation logic, and automated code generation.
