Requirements
- Be a graduate student or an advanced undergraduate entering their final year of undergraduate studies.
- Have excellent data analytics skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Preferably have experience with one or more statistical tools, such as VBA, Python, R, or SQL.
- Have advanced data visualization experience.
- Have experience with at least one dashboarding tool, such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Streamlit.
- Have experience or demonstrated interest in responsible investing, corporate social responsibility, climate/sustainability, or a related field.
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Create dashboards for sustainability analytics projects.
- Automate reporting processes.
- Support data-focused process and program improvements.
- Support recurring firm-wide sustainability analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Contribute to emissions accounting and regulatory reporting.
- Support physical climate risk assessment.
- Support LP engagement.
