Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational or coordination role.
- Be highly organized and able to track schedules, PTO requests, call-outs, and vendor setups.
- Be comfortable owning recurring, detail-heavy operational processes.
- Be detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive about identifying issues.
- Build trusted working relationships with clinic managers and cross-functional partners.
- Be comfortable learning and working across scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems, such as Elation, Quest, and sync visit platforms.
- Be comfortable coordinating across states with differing licensing and coverage rules.
- Be interested in helping build and refine processes as a new team and role take shape.
Responsibilities
- Own the clinical schedule build on its 8-week cycle and process call-outs and future PTO requests to maintain coverage across operating states.
- Configure sync visit provider availability and appointment slots, including ad hoc updates for call-outs.
- Review and approve clinical payroll, including base hours, additional time, and differentials, on a recurring cadence.
- Support day-to-day operational escalations within the Senior Manager's playbook.
- Support onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires using Elation, Quest, and similar systems.
- Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
