Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have at least six months of successful experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
Have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bring strong time management, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
Be self-motivated and goal- and metrics-driven.
Be able to problem-solve independently and assist with escalations.
Be comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and text interactions.
Some college-level coursework is preferred.
Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Guide members through the caregiver search journey by building relationships and communicating with them.
Work with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
Support families and caregivers after hire to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Document family and caregiver interactions accurately and completely in CareLinx’s EHR system.
De-escalate unhappy members and work to provide a positive experience.
Identify and communicate trends affecting the member experience during caregiver recruitment.
Suggest process improvements collaboratively and contribute to pilot programs and special projects.
Support teammates by sharing expertise, shadowing new team members, and serving as a team resource.
Meet and exceed performance goals set by CareLinx guidelines.
