Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of software implementation experience.
Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions, ideally HRIS/HCM platforms.
Experience with one or more of Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, or Ceridian Dayforce.
Ability to configure and deploy end-to-end HRIS modules.
Strong understanding of HCM processes and workflows.
Experience in business process mapping; change management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL and XML.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and clients.
Strong facilitation skills for workshops and client sessions.
Willingness to travel on a limited basis.

Develop and manage project plans to support timely, on-budget delivery.
Lead client discovery sessions, document business requirements, and map them to Dayforce functionality.
Configure Ceridian Dayforce modules to meet client needs.
Facilitate solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, training, and deployment.
Conduct consulting sessions and prepare meeting documentation.
Update internal project teams on tasks, deliverables, and risks.
Advise clients on Dayforce best practices and collaborate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party partners.
Maintain employee data accuracy, conduct data audits, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide post-deployment consulting and support organizational readiness activities.
Develop SQL scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfaces.
