Requirements
- Have 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or Time Tracking.
- Have experience configuring payroll and time-management solutions within SuccessFactors.
- Understand payroll, timekeeping, attendance, absence management, and workforce management processes.
- Have experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Have experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking, or Employee Central Payroll certification.
- Preferred: Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or other integration tools.
- Preferred: Experience in a consulting environment or supporting global payroll or multi-country implementations.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Employee Central, Time Off, other SuccessFactors modules, SAP HCM, or S/4HANA integrations.
- Preferred: Experience working in Agile project environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for payroll, time management, attendance, and absence tracking.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking solutions.
- Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time recording profiles, time valuations, and absence types.
- Support payroll processing requirements, including wage types, payroll calculations, retroactivity, and payroll validation.
- Troubleshoot payroll and time tracking configuration issues and support data validation and payroll reconciliation.
- Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams on solution delivery.
- Assist with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party payroll, timekeeping, or ERP systems.
- Create functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts.
- Provide production support and contribute to upgrades, releases, enhancements, and process improvements.
