Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have 5 or more years of technical experience.
- Have experience working in a Salesforce environment.
- Have a foundation in data engineering concepts, ETL, and distributed processing, particularly Databricks and Informatica.
- Have medium programming skills in Python.
- Know Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases for Generative AI use cases.
- Understand MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Have experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Copado.
- Understand monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), data privacy, and responsible data governance.
- Have experience with structured and unstructured data, and knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration technologies.
- Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in Agile environments.
- Be able to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Enable cloud technologies to provide performance, continuity, and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments.
- Manage and monitor networks, systems, and applications to support cloud software performance.
- Orchestrate and automate the provisioning of cloud resources.
- Support cloud engineering, ETL, Salesforce, AI, security, and DevOps initiatives.
- Partner across technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Solve complex technical challenges and influence technical direction across multiple platforms.
