Requirements
- Have 5+ years of related experience.
- Have technical training, certification(s), or a degree.
- Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Demonstrate deep functional and technical command of Incident, Change, and Problem modules.
- Have experience with CMDB architecture and scoped application development.
- Be proficient with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP.
- Have experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server administration.
- Understand ITIL processes and SDLC best practices.
- Have experience gathering requirements in an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Be able to contribute to proposals, technical documentation, and solution design.
- Have experience leading Scrum demos, Agile ceremonies, and collaborative work groups.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and advance ITSM workflows, state models, assignment rules, and user interfaces.
- Implement automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Maintain and customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and the Service Portal.
- Maintain CI class structures, relationship mappings, and data reconciliation rules aligned with CSDM.
- Troubleshoot CI data accuracy, IRE rules, and transform map issues from automated data imports.
- Build upgrade-safe custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and Application Engine, with appropriate application scoping and access controls.
- Build and troubleshoot REST and SOAP web service APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Server configurations.
- Collaborate with product owners, process managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Support platform upgrades, instance cloning, and Automated Test Framework execution.
