Job Details

Have 3 years of experience in sponsored programs administration.
Have working knowledge of research compliance requirements and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
Have working knowledge of electronic research administration systems; Huron eGrants is preferred.
Be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Be able to apply Facilities and Administrative (F&A) rates in accordance with sponsor and institutional requirements.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and documenting resolutions.
Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Be able to manage multiple priorities using good judgment and discretion.
Be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Establish sponsored research awards in eGrants in accordance with sponsor terms, institutional policies, and applicable federal regulations.
Review executed award notices, contracts, and sponsor documentation to identify requirements and non-financial deliverables.
Process continuations, supplements, amendments, carryforwards, no-cost extensions, and other post-award actions.
Maintain timely and accurate award records and collaborate with Compliance Managers to resolve discrepancies.
Process outgoing subaward setup in eGrants, including MTDC indirect cost calculations.
Review incoming requests through the Award Data Management PDL and route sponsor communications through the SponsorP mailbox.
Support audit readiness, compliance reviews, and ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders and the SKI research community.
