Salary$135,000 – $145,000 base salary. W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week): $72,500 base salary for part-time schedule. 1099 Contractor: $120.00 flat rate per completed clinical hour. Incentive Pay: Earn $100 per completed clinical hour for additional sessions beyond your base caseload. Salary Range $72,500 — $160,000 USD

Requirements
- Hold an active Virginia PMHNP/CRNP/APN license.
- Maintain active DEA registration and State Prescriptive Authority.
- Be board certified by ANCC or AANP as a PMHNP-BC.
- Have a master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Have 1+ years of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure.
- Have direct experience serving children, adolescents, or young adults.
- Be available during peak core hours after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
- Be tech-savvy and equipped with a computer, phone, and high-speed internet.
- Be proficient in EHR systems and Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
- Develop treatment plans and manage medications.
- Build relationships with patients and families and support their engagement in treatment.
- Educate patients and families about care options.
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric care.
- Collaborate with psychotherapists, specialists, and clinical leaders.
