Requirements
- Hold an active New Jersey PMHNP/CRNP/APN license.
- Maintain active DEA registration and State Prescriptive Authority.
- Be board certified by ANCC or AANP as a PMHNP-BC.
- Have a master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Have 1+ years of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure.
- Have direct experience serving children, adolescents, or young adults.
- Be available during peak hours after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
- Be proficient in EHR systems and Google Suite.
- Have a computer, phone, and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
- Develop treatment plans and manage medication.
- Build relationships with patients and families to understand their needs.
- Support patient and family engagement in treatment.
- Educate patients and families on care options.
- Work alongside psychotherapists, specialists, and clinical leaders to provide evidence-based care.
