Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and software development.
- Practical experience developing agentic AI applications, AI agents, or autonomous AI workflows.
- Experience integrating LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into software applications.
- Understanding of AI agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, and tool or function calling.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and Python-based backend services.
- Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen is preferred.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, and RESTful API development is preferred.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and backend services.
- Build agentic AI solutions involving autonomous agents, intelligent workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into applications and business processes.
- Develop agent workflows using tool calling, function calling, and external API integrations.
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and Python-based backend services.
- Explore and implement RAG solutions where appropriate.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and improve AI-powered applications.
- Support the integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI solutions.
- Apply software engineering practices to make applications reliable, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready.
- Troubleshoot and improve the performance and quality of AI-driven systems.
