Have 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
Bring technical expertise to customer discussions about technical debates and design choices.
Have programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Have experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
Understand solution architecture for distributed data systems.
Understand how to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
Have technical program or project management experience, including accountability for account, stakeholder, and resource management.
Have experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
Have experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and managing complex program or project delivery.
Demonstrate a track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar targets.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Be able to travel up to 30% when needed.

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand prioritized customers' use case demand plans.
Lead technical account strategy and execution for customer use cases after the technical win.
Own technical delivery across assigned use cases and customers, driving onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy workload consumption.
Serve as the first contact for technical issues or questions related to production and go-live status.
Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding and Technical Services, Support, and expert resources.
Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating Professional Services engagement proposals.
Coordinate with Product and Engineering on new product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
Develop execution plans covering production use cases, enablement, product adoption, optimization, and governance.
Report usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progress internally and externally.
