Have 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
Contribute to technical debate and design choices with customers.
Have programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Have experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
Understand solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
Understand how to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
Have technical program or project management experience, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
Have experience resolving complex, important escalations with senior customer executives.
Have experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex program or project delivery.
Have a track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Be able to travel up to 30% when needed.

Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for customer use cases.
Coordinate onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption across customer use cases.
Act as the first contact for technical issues or questions about production and go-live status.
Engage Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, Support, and technical experts to address work beyond your scope.
Create and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services on engagement proposals.
Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams on product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
Develop execution plans for production use cases, enablement, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and governance.
Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progress.
