Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
- Have deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers and hands-on marketing analytics experience, such as attribution, campaign measurement, or funnel analysis.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn adjacent business functions quickly.
- Be proficient in SQL and familiar with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools with semantic layers such as Omni, Looker, or Sigma.
- Have experience building or directing predictive models, such as propensity or churn models, and experiments.
- Be able to judge when model or experiment output is good enough to act on.
- Have a track record of presenting analyses to executives that influenced a decision.
- Write concise analysis memos that leaders can act on without a meeting.
- Manage competing stakeholder priorities and decline requests with a clear reason.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations tailored to different audiences.
- Learn user needs, prioritize analytics work by impact, maintain a shared plan, and build decision-ready analyses.
- Turn ambiguous business questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical priorities and provide clarity on complex business challenges.
- Use AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities and improve efficiency.
- Guide marketing analytics on campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
