Requirements
- 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
- Experience resolving complex, important escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex program or project delivery.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical account strategy and execution plans for customer use cases across strategic accounts.
- Guide agreed-upon use cases through onboarding, enablement, production go-live, and healthy workload consumption.
- Serve as the first contact for technical issues or questions about production and go-live status.
- Coordinate customer-facing technical roles, selling teams, and internal stakeholders across customer workstreams.
- Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating Professional Services proposals where appropriate.
- Leverage shared services, user education, onboarding, technical services, and support resources, escalating issues to technical experts as needed.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams on product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
- Report on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progress.
