Requirements
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Use Git for version control.
- Have proven experience in prompt engineering and context engineering.
- Have experience with RAG patterns and designing agent and tool ecosystems.
- Have hands-on experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and benchmark design.
- Have experience with model selection and systematic error analysis.
- Have practical experience deploying LLM applications.
- Have experience with observability, tracing, cost monitoring, and latency tuning.
- Be able to analyze recent AI papers and open-source breakthroughs and apply them to software products.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and optimize autonomous AI agents, tool integration frameworks, skills, and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Design and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, system prompts, and context-window strategies.
- Translate emerging AI and LLM research methodologies into practical product enhancements.
- Conduct model selection, benchmarks, and granular error analysis to improve output quality and mitigate hallucinations.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain LLM applications in production.
- Implement telemetry, logging, and performance tracking for system reliability.
- Write scalable, clean, and maintainable code and maintain repository and version-control workflows.
