Job Details

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
Required Skills: Customer SuccessHubSpotAccount Management

Have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
Bring experience in Enterprise SaaS or Fintech; this is preferred.
Have hands-on experience or solid working knowledge of credit, such as lending, credit risk, collections, or B2B financing.
Understand the full credit lifecycle.
Be able to understand API-based products and lending infrastructure.
Be fluent in Spanish and English.
Be open to occasional travel across Latin America to meet key clients in person.
HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
Portuguese is a plus.

Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding and technical adoption through renewals and expansion.
Drive Net Dollar Retention across the portfolio by identifying usage growth opportunities and leading expansion strategies.
Represent customer needs internally and work with Product and Engineering to prioritize features addressing lending challenges.
Use data and critical thinking to anticipate risks, identify customer-behavior signals, and guide long-term strategy.
Partner with Sales to unblock complex deals and with Delivery to ensure seamless integration of the Rails of Lending platform.
Build high-trust C-level relationships through high-touch engagement and in-person visits to key partners across Latin America.
Contribute to the customer success playbook and improve standards and processes as the company grows.
