Languages: Strong written English skills; verbal fluency is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Creator Manager.

Have 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Creator Manager.
Understand Gen Z social communication, TikTok culture, and creator ecosystems.
Have experience managing Discord communities or similar platforms such as Slack, Geneva, or Circle.
Be comfortable with outreach, direct messages, and building one-to-one creator relationships.
Have strong written English skills; verbal fluency is a plus but not mandatory.
Be personable and comfortable on camera.
Be able to quickly learn tools such as Discord, TikTok, Notion, and ClickUp.
Bring strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

Own and manage the Discord community, keeping it active, fun, and welcoming.
Build one-to-one relationships with creators through stories, comments, direct messages, and regular check-ins.
Invite TikTok creators and affiliates to join Discord through manual outreach.
Support the growth of the first 50 core Livaclean affiliates and provide creator resources, campaign updates, and reminders.
Participate in biweekly community calls and assist founders with agendas, reminders, and follow-ups.
Organize Discord channels, roles, automations, challenges, events, polls, and interactive activities.
Identify potential affiliates on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, and coordinate with existing affiliate managers on goals, communication, and onboarding.
Track Discord engagement, affiliate performance, creator onboarding, and creator interaction logs.
