Requirements
- Have 3+ years of project management experience in a technology or IT consulting environment.
- Have experience delivering ERP or CRM implementation projects.
- Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
- Be comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Have a strong command of project management fundamentals, including planning, budgeting, RAID logs, and change control.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be confident presenting to senior client stakeholders.
- Be self-directed and comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team.
- Be based in the UK and able to work UK business hours.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent client implementation projects.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Manage project budgets, track burn against SOWs, and flag scope creep or change requests.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for clients.
- Coordinate consultant teams and keep work unblocked and on track.
- Run internal leadership and external client status reporting.
- Identify project risks and issues and drive them to resolution.
- Support commercial conversations about change orders and scope extensions.
- Improve Phoenix's delivery methodology and templates.
