Requirements
- Have 4+ years’ experience as a project manager, business administrator, operations manager or in a similar role owning delivery and results.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
- Deliver commitments without needing to be chased or closely managed.
- Be comfortable owning recruitment numbers and failures and reporting on them honestly.
- Be willing to learn and follow an established process.
- Be organized and able to run several workstreams in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Be tech-savvy and quick to learn tools, including Workable, LinkedIn, spreadsheets and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own recruitment as a project across Monaco Solicitors and Grapple.
- Run the established hiring process consistently and to a high standard as hiring volumes grow.
- Track and report pipeline, time to hire, conversion at each stage, cost and quality of hire.
- Work with the CEO to agree hiring priorities and plan delivery.
- Manage multiple live vacancies at once.
- Bring in and manage talent acquisition assistants for screening and other manual work, and check their output.
- Write and post job adverts, and keep candidate communication timely and accurate.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, systems and reporting.
- Support onboarding and hiring coordination for new starters.
