Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of program management and change management experience in enterprise environments.
- Have expertise in change management methodologies, including Prosci and Kotter.
- Have experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Demonstrate ability to manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Have experience working with executive stakeholders, including reporting and decision support.
- Be able to influence stakeholders and navigate competing priorities across complex organizations.
- Manage ambiguity while maintaining structured execution.
- Work 20 hours per week within the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
Responsibilities
- Lead change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Drive end-to-end program execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish program governance frameworks to provide visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, and provide structured escalation and resolution strategies.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on program health, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams toward shared program objectives.
- Apply Prosci and Kotter change management methodologies to support adoption and transformation.
- Align program deliverables with organizational and strategic business goals.
