Job Details

Have personally managed high 7- to 8-figure total Meta ad spend.
Have hands-on experience managing high six-figure daily ad spend.
Have 3–6+ years of hands-on ownership of high-spend Meta accounts in DTC/e-commerce.
Demonstrate command of MER/blended ROAS, new-customer CAC, contribution margin, LTV:CAC, payback period, marginal versus average CPA, and incrementality.
Understand Meta delivery, learning phases, budget changes, CPM fluctuations, and intra-day and day-of-week patterns.
Have experience managing multi-SKU accounts and spend allocation.
Show a track record of launching high volumes of ads and creative variations without costly errors.
Know Advantage+, CBO/ABO, cost caps, bid caps, and manual bidding.
Be familiar with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools, and be comfortable reconciling platform, third-party, and backend data.
Work independently and communicate proactively without routine supervision or approval.
Have strong overlap with US business hours (EST/PST).

Own the Meta account end-to-end, including structure, campaigns, budgets, and results.
Scale high six-figure daily ad spend while managing pacing and allocation against CAC, MER, and margin targets.
Launch ads and creative variations with naming conventions, QA, and tracking.
Manage multiple SKUs within a single ad account and maintain clear spend allocation and performance visibility.
Diagnose performance swings and make real-time decisions about budget adjustments, cuts, holds, and scaling.
Build and run structured tests across creatives, angles, offers, and audiences.
Translate account data into actionable creative direction for the production team.
Report performance against business KPIs and recommend next steps.
