Have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Have a proven track record building and scaling web applications in a production environment.
Have experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, navigating trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders.
Use code reviews, technical documentation, and peer mentoring to foster engineering practices.
Have deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies, ideally TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Have a strong grasp of functional and object-oriented programming.
Be proficient with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Have demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure distributed systems.
Preferred: hands-on experience developing or integrating LLM-based features or agentic workflows into production applications.
Preferred: familiarity with AWS or GCP, Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
Preferred: experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and helping scale an engineering organization.
Preferred: advanced knowledge of database design and performance tuning for PostgreSQL and non-relational data stores.

Design and scale robust systems within an autonomous, cross-functional team.
Build and scale the Employer Portal for HR and benefits leaders to launch awareness campaigns, manage rollouts, and track utilization.
Develop patient and provider experiences for employer-funded, short-term therapy benefits.
Support session eligibility, authorization, and billing flows for EAP members.
Own a full-stack product surface spanning employer-facing tools and patient and provider flows.
