Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software for external clients.
- Assess business processes, understand operational requirements, and translate them into effective software configurations.
- Demonstrate project ownership and leadership, including prioritizing competing demands, coordinating cross-functional activities, and building consensus.
- Bring strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at different levels.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to workflow challenges and software implementation issues.
- Experience with TruckMate or other enterprise transportation management systems is an asset.
- Previous operational or administrative experience in transportation and logistics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and database troubleshooting related to financial or operational workflows is beneficial.
- Be willing to travel approximately 60–80%.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, including gathering customer requirements, analyzing business workflows, and configuring software modules.
- Assess clients’ existing business processes and recommend improvements to operational efficiency and software adoption.
- Deliver training to external clients on effective use of enterprise software.
- Coordinate data conversion activities and develop go-live and cutover strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers and customer stakeholders to coordinate activities, maintain timelines, and provide progress updates.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders across organizational levels to align requirements, priorities, and project outcomes.
