Requirements
- Have 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management or comparable commerce and order management platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
- Have experience implementing OMS connectors and payment gateway integrations.
- Understand order processing, fulfilment, inventory management, returns, refunds, and payment workflows.
- Have hands-on experience developing and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations across enterprise commerce systems.
- Know Salesforce data modelling, security configuration, environment management, and development best practices.
- Have experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, and modern deployment processes, including CI/CD workflows.
- Bring debugging, testing, integration monitoring, and production support skills.
- Have experience with data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
- Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven automation exposure is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions for order management and commerce operations.
- Implement Salesforce Order Management connectors, payment gateway adapters, and external-system integrations.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations across commerce, POS, WMS, ERP, tax, payment, and logistics platforms.
- Support order capture, fulfilment, inventory updates, returns, refunds, and payment processing.
- Perform data modelling, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation across systems.
- Configure Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, queues, and access controls.
- Write unit tests, debug Apex, monitor integrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support deployments, incident resolution, maintenance, and reliability of business-critical applications.
- Manage source control and deployments using Git, Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, change sets, or equivalent CI/CD tools.
