Requirements
- Have at least three years of hands-on Mirakl experience on the operator side, through the platform provider or an implementation partner, including professional services, implementation, or customer success.
- Have participated in or led at least two Mirakl Dropship launches, with direct involvement from configuration through vendor go-live.
- Understand the Mirakl back office, including catalog and attribute configuration, category mapping, offer and inventory management, order workflows, and vendor onboarding.
- Have experience onboarding vendors at scale through EDI, APIs, and connector-based integrations.
- Have experience migrating vendors from another dropship platform, such as Logicbroker, Rithum, or CommerceHub, without disrupting live order processing.
- Understand Mirakl APIs and integration architecture well enough to communicate requirements, assess constraints, and collaborate with software engineers.
- Have project delivery experience in an agency or systems integrator environment, working with cross-functional technical teams under another person's program management.
- Produce clear configuration documentation, vendor guides, implementation decisions, testing scenarios, and client-facing status updates.
- Manage complex technical dependencies, adapt to changing project priorities, and increase availability during intensive migration periods.
- The anticipated contract engagement is 6–9 months; the workload averages approximately 10–20 hours per week and is expected to increase to near full-time during vendor migration.
Responsibilities
- Assess the existing Mirakl environment, identify configuration gaps, and design the dropship operating model.
- Define catalog and attribute structures, category mapping, offer and inventory rules, and order, shipping, cancellation, and returns workflows.
- Configure Mirakl, document configuration decisions, establish catalog templates and validation rules, and develop vendor onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to define order and status flows between Mirakl and Shopify and communicate integration requirements and constraints.
- Develop a migration strategy for existing and new vendors, segmenting vendors by integration method.
- Pilot vendor onboarding, support parallel operations with the incumbent marketplace provider, and coordinate vendor transitions while minimizing disruption to live orders.
- Prepare vendor onboarding guides, facilitate group training, and serve as the primary Mirakl subject-matter expert.
- Develop Mirakl test scenarios, support test execution, identify configuration issues, and coordinate resolution before launch.
- Support cutover and post-launch stabilization, monitor risks and issues, and prepare operational runbooks for handover.
