Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have 3–5 years of related experience in the professional industry.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript technologies.
- Have knowledge of Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js and NestJS.
- Have experience writing backend components and RESTful APIs.
- Understand security standards and compliance.
- Have experience with relational and schemaless databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Be able to create database structures for required functionality.
- Have experience writing unit tests and ensuring at least 90% test coverage.
- Have experience with GitHub, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
- Understand fundamental concepts and design principles, with a basic understanding of front-end technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks.
- Write code and unit tests.
- Develop server applications and RESTful APIs for client applications.
- Tune code for security and performance.
- Maintain systems by fixing existing issues.
- Update issue-tracking software and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
