- Build and optimize performance management programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement learning and development programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs across regions.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to global employment laws and HR best practices.
- Guide organizational design and transformations.
