Requirements
- Have proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role.
- Have a strong network of signal providers, affiliates, and influencers.
- Demonstrate success driving customer acquisition through campaigns across traffic sources and markets.
- Have experience with affiliate and digital marketing tracking tools and business intelligence software.
- Have an in-depth understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and the trading industry.
- Bring strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Use an analytical approach to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Be self-driven and results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate network, focusing on signal providers, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
- Leverage an existing affiliate network and actively recruit new affiliates.
- Build and manage relationships with current affiliates, meeting their needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure existing and newly onboarded affiliates comply with relevant regulations and policies.
