Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven customization work.
- Strong project management skills, including managing complex projects and moving processes from vision to implementation.
- Data analysis skills within and outside Zoho.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multiple CRM platforms, especially Zoho.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and with management.
- Strong organization, self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Fluent spoken and written English; an aptitude test will be given.
- Zoho certifications or proven course training are a plus.
- Experience with Zoho One and all its apps is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Customize Zoho CRM, Writer, Sign, Analytics, Recruit, People, Inventory, Subscriptions, SalesinBox, and SalesIQ.
- Customize Zoho reports and generate reports.
- Prioritize team follow-ups and action items.
- Accommodate team schedules with flexible availability.
- Refine internal company support processes.
- Handle other responsibilities as needed.
