Requirements
- Have a professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or a related field.
- Have strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel.
- Be able to convey complex financial concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and consistency in following comprehensive evaluation guidelines.
- Be able to independently produce objective, structured assessments against well-defined criteria.
- Experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Develop realistic, multi-step finance and business process prompts that reflect industry workflows.
- Create objective rubrics to assess the quality, accuracy, and completeness of AI-generated outputs.
- Review AI agent responses using the rubrics and provide structured, actionable feedback.
- Use Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to design and review tasks.
- Document assessments and feedback clearly and precisely in written English.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to align on deliverable standards and expectations.
