Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development or web-based project environment.
- Understand the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Have experience working with Agile or hybrid development methodologies.
- Be able to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP concepts.
- Have a basic understanding of relational databases, particularly MariaDB/MySQL, and be able to write basic SQL queries.
- Have experience using UML or BPMN for use cases, process flows, and system modeling.
- Be proficient with requirement management tools such as Jira.
- Understand API concepts and web service interactions.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements.
- Document use cases, user stories, workflows, and business processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Assist in creating wireframes, process flow diagrams, and functional requirements.
- Liaise between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support development and QA teams during implementation and testing.
- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
- Participate in and facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and post-deployment activities.
