Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of integration engineering experience.
- Have hands-on experience with Coupa Integration Cloud.
- Have hands-on experience with Coupa Open APIs.
- Have experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Understand source-to-pay or procure-to-pay processes.
- Have experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SQL, and integration security.
- Coupa certifications are preferred.
- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred.
- Knowledge of Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury is preferred.
- Experience supporting global Coupa implementations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and supplier systems.
- Build integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Support supplier onboarding, procurement, invoicing, and payment integrations.
- Synchronize master data, users, roles, and approval workflows.
- Implement secure API integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support Coupa upgrades and production issues.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams.
