Requirements
- Understand law firm practices and IT ecosystems common in legal and professional services environments.
- Work independently and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Know relational database design principles and data modeling.
- Develop SQL queries and use RESTful APIs.
- Construct and navigate XML and JSON data structures.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Intapp Integration Builder (Integrate) or other Intapp products.
- Preferred: certification in or practical experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform.
- Preferred: familiarity with computer networking fundamentals and how network topology affects integration design.
- Preferred: exposure to legal industry software such as matter management, time and billing, or document management systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with Groovy.
Responsibilities
- Lead data investigations to assess client systems and identify risks and opportunities before implementation.
- Facilitate client data mapping sessions and align source systems with target data models.
- Design, develop, and test documented ETL processes for bulk data loads.
- Build and validate data synchronization routines for post-deployment client environments.
- Review on-premises and cloud infrastructure configurations and recommend optimizations.
- Develop custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Oversee data validation, integration testing, and remediation through go-live.
- Communicate technical progress, blockers, and next steps in client project and status meetings.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members across delivery workstreams.
- Contribute to project methodology improvements and provide technical input on scoping, solution design, and effort estimation.
