- Have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
- Apply strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership across varied and complex assignments.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills for working with internal teams and customers.
- Be able to articulate the company's value proposition and the technical advantages of its products.
- Bring a technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
- Be located in the United Kingdom.
- Open-source technology experience or experience in metrics and monitoring is an advantage.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to present Grafana Labs' value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities.
- Use competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility in customer engagements.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to share product and competitive landscape feedback.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement materials.
