Requirements
- Bring 3-5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering.
- Have a deep understanding of building quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Analyze complex data sets and create compelling customer-facing stories.
- Communicate findings effectively to technical and executive-level audiences.
- Have experience partnering with go-to-market leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to define and align value propositions.
- Bring a growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Bonus: Have 3+ years of observability experience, preferably with open-source tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.
- Bonus: Be familiar with the open-source landscape and community.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to uncover opportunities for growth and profitability through personalized storytelling.
- Develop ROI/TCO models to identify value areas driven by products, emerging trends, and market challenges.
- Enable pre- and post-sales teams through training, content development, and support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create a unified narrative of Grafana's value proposition.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Observability Architects to define and articulate product and service value.
