Requirements
- Be a native or fluent Dutch speaker, with spoken and written Dutch mandatory.
- Hold a valid EU passport.
- Hospitality, reservations, or customer support experience is highly preferred.
- Be tech-savvy and able to learn and navigate internal booking and CRM systems.
- Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring strong communication skills and an interest in customer service in the tourism industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume reservations and travel inquiries for Booking.com customers.
- Advise customers on travel destinations, accommodation details, and booking policies.
- Resolve reservation conflicts, cancellations, and modifications.
- Offer personalized solutions tailored to individual travel needs.
- Coordinate with travel partners, hotel properties, and internal departments.
- Use reservation systems to process bookings and update client profiles.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to call quality and customer retention.
