- 1+ year of experience in data maintenance. Preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience in data services or SaaS.

Requirements
- Have 1+ year of experience in data maintenance.
- Use Excel to analyze, format, and standardize complex data sets.
- Validate uploaded data and reconcile it against submitted data.
- Learn and retain knowledge of software products, team processes, workflows, and internal tools.
- Apply previous knowledge to future work and identify process improvements.
- Plan, organize, and schedule work efficiently, including work for teammates.
- Preferred: experience with MySQL/MariaDB, including Sequel Pro or Navicat.
- Preferred: familiarity with Docker, APIs, AWS, or macOS.
- Preferred: experience with Church Community Builder software.
- Preferred: an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a data-related field.
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience in data services or SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Guide parishes end-to-end through migration from prior platforms to Pushpay.
- Use discovery tools and interactions to identify, structure, and migrate data efficiently and accurately.
- Help parish leaders follow Archdiocesan data standards and use applicable Diocesan-specific tools.
- Assess exported data for completeness, upload readiness, and post-load migration results.
- Develop and execute repeatable project plans for data migration.
- Manage parish communications about remediation tasks, timelines, and project status.
- Perform post-migration validation with parish administrators.
- Help parishes extract and prepare data, participate in parish meetings, and answer basic support questions.
- Report migration-tool functionality issues and suggest improvements.
- Partner with Implementation coaches to address parish needs and project expectations.
