Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive position.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, building products, home services, distribution, or related industries preferred.
- Experience in private-equity-backed organizations preferred.
- Strong experience leading ERP and CRM implementations and optimization efforts.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Proven success delivering process improvements and measurable business results.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and technology budgets.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Build a shared-services IT model supporting multiple business units.
- Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
- Design the IT organization for Jacuzzi Bath and create a phased hiring plan.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, and establish IT key performance indicators.
- Oversee IT service management, standardize systems and processes, and improve and automate operational workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Manage enterprise applications and lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Establish data governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, negotiate and manage vendor contracts, and identify cost savings.
