Requirements
- Bring 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
- Have experience in consulting, pre-sales, or account development within technology or digital services.
- Have hands-on experience with solution architecture, software architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Understand AI-native software engineering practices.
- Be able to conduct workshops, explore use cases, explain solution trade-offs, and align stakeholders.
- Have working proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Have hands-on experience with generative AI and foundation models in real-world applications.
- Have experience with techniques such as RAG, agents, and evaluation suites.
- Understand AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Be able to explain complex concepts to less-technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have experience engaging VP- and C-level executives at enterprise clients.
- Have experience leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions.
- Have a track record of shaping and landing deals with sales teams.
- Be able to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance on tailored proposals and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and grow client partnerships through AI innovation.
- Identify client challenges and define tailored solutions using AI, software, cloud, and data technologies.
- Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements, including proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and reference architectures to demonstrate proposed solutions.
- Translate client objectives into solution roadmaps with software, data, AI, design, and engineering experts.
- Support early-stage project delivery and the transition from pre-sales to execution.
- Create case studies and success stories with colleagues across teams.
- Help expand the AI practice by driving innovation, refining approaches, and sharing best practices.
