Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in analytics, measurement strategy, or digital strategy; agency or consulting experience is preferred.
- Be fluent in GA4, Tag Manager (client and server side), and BigQuery.
- Have ecommerce analytics experience.
- Understand consent management platforms and privacy frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and emerging state laws.
- Have experience with Shopify or Drupal, including headless builds.
- Be able to explain complex issues in plain language and make clear recommendations.
- Be confident leading client and prospect conversations and guiding decisions.
- Understand attribution, off-site customer journeys, and how AI is changing search and shopping behavior.
Responsibilities
- Define client KPIs, measurement plans, and how data should inform business decisions.
- Audit tracking implementations and identify gaps in data accuracy, visibility, and compliance.
- Own implementation specifications, QA, and post-launch monitoring, including data layer design, event modeling, UTM taxonomy, BigQuery integration, and proactive alerting.
- Lead client calls and present findings, recommendations, and next steps.
- Shape CRO and experimentation strategy using analytics, heatmapping, and behavioral data.
- Advise on attribution and multi-touch journeys, including reconciling platform-reported revenue across channels.
- Provide a strategic point of view on consent and privacy compliance, partnering with developers and client legal teams.
- Partner with development, design, media, and client services teams, and support migrations and redesigns.
- Standardize deliverables and processes, refine the tool stack, use AI to accelerate delivery, and support sales scoping and pitches.
