Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of global compensation analysis or equivalent analytical People/Finance experience.
- Have expert Excel or Google Sheets financial modeling skills.
- Have end-to-end ownership of at least one full compensation cycle.
- Have experience with multi-country, multi-currency salary structures.
- Have experience with equity vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Own the global compensation calendar and compensation and equity review cycles.
- Lead complex new-hire compensation and equity decisions against internal equity and market benchmarks.
- Audit historical records and clean legacy files.
- Keep compensation data consistent across Rippling, Greenhouse, and reporting systems.
- Deliver executive-ready benchmarking and equity budgeting.
- Conduct dilution analysis and other analytics to support leadership decisions.
